Intermediate level A2 is suitable for those with basic knowledge of the Norwegian language - equivalent to Norwegian level A1 course, and who want to learn more about Norwegian language and society. This will prepare you for Norwegian level A1-A2 test.

Intermediate level A2 is suitable for those with basic knowledge of the Norwegian language - equivalent to Norwegian level A1 course, and who want to learn more about Norwegian language and society.

This is a Norwegian course for you who want to strengthen and develop the basic knowledge you already have in Norwegian. You will get more oral training, a larger vocabulary and an increased understanding of Norwegian grammar. The teaching is communicative, and you are encouraged to use the language actively in practical situations from everyday life, and get many opportunities to practice and rehearse.

Course content:

This course will increase your abilities to

• Describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and plans

• Understand the main points in daily spoken as well as written language about familiar topics that you often encounter in a work setting, school setting, social life, etc.

• Write simple, coherent texts on topics relating to everyday life

• Discuss familiar topics and express your opinions

• Express yourself so that you can deal with unfamiliar, or even difficult, situations

Virtuelt klasserom  

Teaching method: the course consists of group work, listening exercises, role play, discussions, presentations and homework. This will prepare you for the Norwegian level A1-A2 test.

The teaching is carried out in a virtual classroom with a teacher present. You follow the course from your own PC, so you can participate in the teaching from home. You get access to the classroom well before the lesson starts.

There is no exam, but you will receive a course certificate if you participate in 75% of the course or more.

Norwegian language test
