New union representatives and union members

If you are the shop stewart/union representatives at your workplace, then sign up for this course. It would be beneficial to have completed the digital course "Veiviseren" prior.

Learning objectives:
* The participants could use the Basic Agreement's conflict resolution model.
* Basic understanding of the most important provisions of the Working Environment Act.
* Most important provisions in the Collective Agreement.
* Hold a members meeting/annual meeting at the workplace.

The course is free of charge for members

The participants who does not get their salary covered by their employer, and is deducted salary while attending the course, will get a tax free scholarship of NOK 168,- per hour.
Lost salary must be documented in a separate form.

Travel costs are covered according to AOF's rates, which are:
NOK 3,30 per km, or according to public transport. The passenger surcharge is currently NOK 0.50 per km.
